ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION

As Alabama has passed the toughest illegal immigration law in the country, the ACLU promises to fight for "their" civil rights. What about civil rights and the right to work for those bona fide citizens who are already invested in American capitalism?

Capitalism! Such a dirty word. But is doesn't have to be. Only a moron would actually believe that capitalism exists in pure form. It doesn't. Distribution of wealth is a reality no matter how you boil it down.

One moron recently denigrated the American worker, the Alabama worker, by sarcastically asking if Alabama workers will be in a rush to do the jobs left behind when the illegal foreign nationals are invited to leave Alabama. Hell no they won't. That's part of the fair checks and balances of capitalism, supply and demand, and the United States system. The jobs once taken by the slave laboring caste will be forced through legitimate competition to pay more, and to clean up the work environment.

Flooding the labor market with illegal slave labor only circumvented the legitimate workings of free enterprise. Competition and quality doesn't just apply to the product on the shelf, or even to the availabiltiy of a qualified workforce, it also applies to the employer and the work environment.

Lookit. I love the Mexican folks. But we cannot be expected to rescue the entire population of Mexico from greed and corruption. The fact is, while there are certainly a lot of fine family oriented Mexican people with a strong work ethic, there are nearly 15 million unemployed US Citizens. About the same number of illegal aliens are in this country. There is also a war going on in Mexico that is already bleeding over into the United States. They want to invade this country with illegal drugs and gangs...and are already doing exactly that.

We already have a liberal immigration policy that allows thousands to enter this country legally and in numbers that allow for orderly cultural, social, and economic assimilation.

We cannot handle the flood or the corruption. Good Mexican folks need to stay home, go home, and fix their own country.
